運送地區

  • 我們提供全球運送。
  • 所有香港地址的訂單均可使用本地運送服務。
  • 香港以外地址將收取國際運費。

免運費優惠

  • 凡訂單金額超過 HK$500 且運送地址在香港，即可享有免運費。
  • 香港地區訂單金額低於 HK$500 將收取標準本地運費 HK$30。

國際運送（香港以外）

  • 運費將根據當日快遞實際收費計算。
  • 我們透明收取快遞公司向我們收取的費用（無任何加價）。
  • 非香港買家請務必在購買前先聯絡我們查詢運費，因為運費會因重量、尺寸及目的地而有較大差異。
  • 任何目的地當地的進口關稅、增值稅或其他海關費用，均由買家負責，我們不會代墊。

合作快遞公司

  • 香港本地：主要使用 SF Express（順豐快遞）。
  • 國際：主要使用 UPS 及 FedEx 提供可靠的全球運送。
  • 系統會於結帳時自動選擇最適合的快遞，或我們會在處理國際訂單時與您確認。

運送時間

  • 香港本地：發貨後通常 1–3 個工作天 內送達。
  • 國際：約 5–10 個工作天（視目的地及海關清關而定）。海關程序可能導致延遲。
  • 以上時間僅供參考，不保證一定準時。

訂單處理

  • 付款確認後，我們會於 1–2 個工作天 內處理及發貨。
  • 所有貨品均從香港倉庫發出。

注意事項

  • 香港地址的運費會在結帳頁面清楚顯示。
  • 國際訂單的最終運費可能需在我們處理後確認。
  • 我們對快遞公司或海關造成的延誤不承擔責任。

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship worldwide.
  • All orders with a shipping address in Hong Kong are eligible for our local shipping options.
  • For addresses outside Hong Kong, international shipping rates apply.

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping is available for all orders over HK$500 with a shipping address within Hong Kong.
  • Orders below HK$500 in Hong Kong will incur a standard local shipping fee HK$30.

International Shipping (Outside Hong Kong)

  • Shipping cost is calculated based on actual courier rates on the day of shipment.
  • We charge exactly what the courier charges us (no markup).
  • Buyers outside Hong Kong are strongly advised to contact us first to get a shipping quote before purchasing, as costs can vary significantly depending on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • We are not responsible for any additional import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your local authorities. These are the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping Carriers

  • Hong Kong: Primarily SF Express (fast and reliable local delivery).
  • International: We mainly use UPS and FedEx for reliable global delivery.
  • The system will automatically select the best available option at checkout, or we may contact you for confirmation on international orders.

Shipping Times

  • Hong Kong: Usually 1–3 business days after dispatch.
  • International: 5–10 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance). Delays may occur due to customs processing.
  • Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Order Processing
